Working from home sucks!

Commuting to an office daily sucks too!

I miss you all and I’m curious what you’ve been working on. At my local coffee shop, I recently overheard someone discussing ecommerce and another talking about building a newsletter—I'm intrigued to hear more.

I'm Brydon, and I'm building a new community here in Guelph. This is for those of us working from home, working hybrid, starting businesses, or juggling full-time jobs with gig work. Think of it as a coworking space—without the physical space.

Why no physical space? Most coworking spaces are tied to the real estate model, which can overshadow the community aspect. In simple terms, this can create conflicts; in extreme cases, it gets really weird.

This initiative is about reimagining what coworking can be, liberated from the constraints of a physical location. It's designed from the ground up to be a community, not just another network. There are plenty of networks out there; this isn't one of them.

Imagine a thriving, asynchronous online space where we can all ask questions, share lessons, and support each other. The real magic happens when our online interactions are enhanced by real-life connections. Whether it's a one-on-one coffee to vent about paywalls or attending every event we host—the choice is yours.

If you're just looking for another network, or if you're not open to engaging with us in real life, this is not for you. But if you value genuine connection, both online and in person, you’ll find real value here.

Join us for just $49 per month.

Here's what you'll get as part of the base package:

  • Access to our exclusive online space: Connect, collaborate, and share resources asynchronously with like-minded individuals.
  • Option to attend our pop-up coworking days: Initially, we're hosting two events per month, perfect for those who want a taste of in-person collaboration.
  • Monthly Founders' Club event: An exclusive, moderated gathering for deep dives into entrepreneurial challenges and successes.
  • Special Guests: We'll host special guests at our pop-ups and events.
  • Roadtrips: Our original roadtrip, The Ontario Startup Train, is back strong this year with four train cars. We hope to coordinate some other roadtrips, even if it's just a handful of us attending events in TO or KW.

Plus, look forward to special socials and additional events throughout the year!

We're starting small, capping membership at 50 people. This limit ensures quality interactions and allows us to learn and adapt. Depending on our experiences and your feedback in the initial months, we may open up more spots.
